Wenchang Chicken

Jiaji Duck

Dongshan Mutton

Dongshan Mutton is thick with delicate skin and aromatic without the species-related flavor of goats and sheep and its soup is as white as milk and extremely nutritious. “Sanhuo Paste”, high-grade nourishing food, is steamed and braised with old goats, cocks and male dogs from Dongshan Mountain.
Hele Crab
It’s named after its place of origin – Hele Gulf in Wanning. It’s one of Hainan’s four major and famous dishes.
